A/R Clerk

  • West Hollywood, CA (100% Onsite)
  • $29-$35/hour | Temp-to-Hire
  • Needed ASAP

A well-established company in the advertising industry is seeking an experienced Accounts Receivable Clerk to join its accounting team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys owning the full A/R process, is comfortable with collections, and thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do

  • Manage the full accounts receivable cycle
  • Handle client billing, invoicing, and cash applications
  • Conduct collections and follow up on outstanding balances
  • Run and analyze aging reports
  • Track contracts and inventory related to client billing
  • Research discrepancies and resolve billing issues
  • Partner with internal teams to ensure accurate and timely invoicing
  • Support process improvements and department initiatives

What We're Looking For

  • Full-cycle A/R experience required
    • Strong collections background with confidence having direct conversations regarding outstanding balances
    • Experience with billing, aging reports, and account reconciliations
  • Sage experience is highly preferred
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills
  • Self-starter who takes initiative and follows through

Position Details

  • Location: West Hollywood, CA
  • Schedule: Onsite, 5 days per week
  • Compensation: $29-35/hour
  • Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire
  • Reports To: Finance Manager
  • Start Date: ASAP
